At Leaf and Honey Co., we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality to enhance your experience. If you find that the quality of our products falls below your expectations, please reach out to our customer service within 30 days of your order date.

As part of our safety program, we are unable to accept returns, and exchanges or refunds will not be granted for matters related to personal taste preferences. However, we do offer replacements or website credit for quality issues, and we reserve the right to assess each situation individually, as additional restrictions may apply.

Please be aware that, as an agricultural product, some seasonal variance in flavor profiles is to be expected in tea. To ensure the tea meets your liking, we recommend purchasing smaller quantities like our 6 count sample size before committing to larger bags.

If you obtained your tea from a third party, please note that we do not have access to your purchase history with these retailers. Kindly contact the retailer where you made the purchase for assistance with any product-related issues. We regret that we are unable to directly assist with these particular transactions.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it promptly. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, we request that you contact us within 7 days or immediately. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and take appropriate measures to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
